What we collect

Your account details (email address, display name and phone number), your saved recipes and any enquiry you send us. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Enterprise enquiries are stored so we can respond to them.

Cookies we use

• Essential — sign-in session, security and checkout. These always run; the site cannot work without them.
• Advertising measurement — the Meta pixel (recipient: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Only loaded after you press Accept advertising, and only on our public marketing pages: the home page, pricing, about and enterprise. Purpose: measuring and optimising our adverts, including when a checkout is started and when a free trial actually begins.

Automatic event detection and advanced matching are switched off. We never send your email address, phone number, account identifier, anything you type into a form, or any token from a web address to Meta. No advertising cookie, script or request happens on your sign-in, account, admin, AI Chef, cooking or recipe pages, whatever your choice.

Your choice

Accepting and refusing are equally easy, and refusing is the default: we record your choice with the version of this notice and the date you made it. The choice expires after six months, when we will ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time — the change applies immediately, in this tab and any other you have open.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account by writing to admin@noahsure.co.uk. We keep account data for as long as your membership is active.
